Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field OR 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate's degree in a related field.
- Minimum Required Experience : 4 years of IT Business Analysis experience.
About the Team
The End User Services Package Deployment & Remediation Team ensures a secure, reliable, and fully updated technology environment across the enterprise.Responsible for software deployments, vulnerability patches, and remediation updates impacting over 20,000 endpoints , including workstations and Citrix platforms.Comprises 17 skilled professionals organized into six specialized areas , collaborating to maintain operational excellence and system security.One of five core teams within End User Services, this group acts as the execution arm for large-scale deployment initiatives , enabling productivity and business continuity.Required Technical Skills
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Visualization Tools : Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Splunk.Expertise in Microsoft M365 Suite for collaboration, reporting, and documentation.Nice to Have / Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow and Azure Boards for workflow and ticket management.Familiarity with software distribution tools such as SCCM, Intune, or BigFix , including deployment oversight.Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies , including CI / CD pipelines , iterative development, and cross-functional collaboration.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee and manage workflow and coordination across the Package Deployment and Remediation teams throughout all stages - development, testing, and deployment.Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights for process improvement.Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, project milestones, and operational changes.Gather and translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans for the development and remediation teams.Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts , ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.Deliver timely, data-driven status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize software deployment practices.Soft Skills & Attributes
