Job description

LHH is assisting a client with their need for a Lease Administrator . This is a direct hire, hybrid opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update lease records.
  • Review lease documents for key dates and obligations.
  • Reconcile rent and expense payments, resolving discrepancies.
  • CAM reconciliations.
  • Operating expense recoveries.
  • Prepare reports on lease status and deadlines.
  • Address inquiries and support lease amendments or negotiations.
  • Assisting with annual budget preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Organize and manage lease files and related documents.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of lease administration or real estate experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Yardi experience preferred
