Are you a hands-on accounting leader ready to make a real impact? A stable, tight-knit company in Nashville is seeking a Accounting Manager to lead its accounting operations and drive process improvement across the board. This person will eventually step into the CFO role.

Role Overview

• Lead and mentor a small accounting team (3 team members in AP / AR)
• Own full-cycle financial reporting : month-end, year-end, and internal statements
• Manage and report on all floor plan financing
• Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Champion process improvement across systems, workflows, and structure
