THE GIST :
Our client, a boutique investment firm, is seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant to support multiple partners & associates based out of their beautiful San Francisco office. The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior executives in finance, with a superior sense of ownership and pride in their work. This is an awesome opportunity to join an exceptional admin team in a supportive environment!
THE NITTY GRITTY :
- Expertly manage executives' calendars, oversee scheduling, and coordinate meetings
- Arrange both international & domestic travel and prepare itineraries
- Collaborate cohesively with other members of the administrative support team
- Manage all incoming email communications with a strong sense of urgency, discretion, and tactfulness
- Send correspondences to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with event planning and company offsites
- Process expense reports
- Assist with research projects
- Act as backup for other administrative team members when needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks & projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS :
5+ years of experience working as an Executive AssistantExperience working in financial services requiredPolished and professional communication styleAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamImpeccable attention to detailExceptional written communication skillsSuperior level of discretion and confidentialityAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlinesTHE CHERRY ON TOP :
