About Mercor

Mercor is training models that predict how well someone will perform on a job better than a human can. Similar to how a human would review a resume, conduct an interview, and decide who to hire, we automate all of those processes with LLMs. Our technology is so effective it's used by all of the top 5 AI labs.

We crossed a $100M revenue run rate and have averaged 59% month over month growth for the last 6 months, making us the fastest growing company in the world. The team is small and we remain extremely profitable because we can't hire great people as fast as revenue is growing.

About the Role

An Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO to organize his calendar, manage the office, and own strategic projects. You will gain significant visibility of Mercor's operations, and add enormous value to the CEO's daily workflow.

We're looking for candidates who are proactive, organized, and analytical. You should be high-energy and present well in front of external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail.
  • Draft, edit, and deliver a variety of communications, including emails and presentations, with precision and efficiency.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute unique internal and external company events.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact executive productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating swift and effective communication.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the company, along with any corresponding expense reports with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results under tight deadlines.

What Are We Looking For?

  • GREAT energy and enthusiasm
  • Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting company leadership and understanding their unique needs
  • Strong aptitude and proficiency with productivity tools and software (i.e., Notion, G-Suite)
  • Compensation

  • Base cash comp from $100K-$160K
  • Performance bonus
  • A $10K housing bonus (if you live within 0.5 miles of our office)
  • A $1K monthly stipend for meals
  • Free Equinox membership
  • Health insurance
  • We consider all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics and provide reasonable accommodations upon request.
