About the Role

We are seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, multifamily, or industrial warehouse builds, and a proven ability to lead crews, manage subs, and keep projects moving efficiently and safely.

As Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader — overseeing daily site operations, managing field staff and subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring the project stays on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and laborers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures
• Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and safety briefings
• Inspect work for quality assurance and adherence to plans / specs
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to resolve field issues
• Maintain detailed site logs and project documentation
• Represent the company professionally with owners, inspectors, and third parties
