• Objectives / Purpose of the Job :

Perform facility and electrical repairs.

Process daily work orders, which includes troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment, electrical and plumbing.

Process daily work orders for facility equipment.

Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) as assigned on scheduled 3. Perform facility painting : Patch drywall, paint doors and walls.

Repair automatic and manual doors in the facility.

Perform plumbing repairs : Drains, faucets, piping, etc.

Perform electrical repairs : Outlets, lighting ballasts, lamps, etc.

Maintain GMP and SOP training compliance.

Support process and safety initiatives as assigned.

Work with outside contractor for all roof repairs.

Replace ceiling tiles, flooring tiles and other miscellaneous repairs.

Assume responsibility for the GMP, environment health and safety procedure awareness, compliance within the respective area.

Abide by LOTO, PPE and good housekeeping procedures.

Perform any other assigned duties.
