Job descriptionLead and coordinate daily field operations and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals. Review and interpret construction drawings, specs, and BOMs to plan and execute project tasks. Oversee and assist with installation of access control, video surveillance, and network systems (Layer 2 / 3 switches, media converters, Software House boards, power supplies, biometric readers, etc.). Perform and document QA / QC, Level II and III commissioning, and support third-party testing. Maintain accurate field reports, pre-task plans, and look-ahead schedules. Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all site-specific requirements. Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades . 3+ years of experience as a Site Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role (security integration or data center environment preferred). Strong working knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and network infrastructure. Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and labeling standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or G-Drive tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Relevant low-voltage or manufacturer certifications (Amag, Lenel, C-Cure, Genetec, etc.) preferred. Direct hire with competitive pay and full benefits.
