Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be a central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about enabling teams to hire the best talent.

The Role

• Candidate Experience : Manage scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and travel arrangements while ensuring a world-class candidate journey.
• Hiring Team Support : Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics, panel alignment, and feedback collection.
• Process Management : Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitor pipelines, and prepare candidate status reports.
• Employer Branding : Assist in creating and posting job descriptions, career site updates, and support recruiting events or initiatives that showcase Divergent's culture.
• Operational Excellence : Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, communication touchpoints, and recruiting operations.
• Confidentiality : Handle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism.
