Norm Reeves is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership's success by managing and optimizing the finance department. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing finance deals, ensuring the highest level of customer service, developing and training finance managers, and maintaining a track record of successful performance in Finance & Insurance (F&I).

Key Responsibilities :

Deal Management : Process and finalize between 30 to 70 deals per month, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Integrity : Demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all financial transactions and interactions with customers.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Development : Develop, mentor, and train finance managers to achieve their highest potential and uphold our dealership's standards.

Performance Tracking : Maintain a consistent track record of successful performance in F&I, meeting or exceeding set targets and KPIs.

Opportunity Analysis : Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement within the finance department, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute the pencil and TO (turnover) process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Contract Management : Manage contracts in transit, deal funding, and the DMV process to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive finance management role.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.
