We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Recruiter to join our team. Based in Tucker, GA, this role involves extensive travel across metro Atlanta and Southern Georgia to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various positions within our company. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting new people and building strong relationships.

Target Salary Range : $50,000 to $57,000 - Based on prior experience

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition : Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company, including sales, operations, and support staff.
• Travel and Recruitment Events : Travel extensively within the designated regions to attend job fairs, college career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities.
• Travel Regions : Atlanta, GA - Athens, GA - Marietta, GA - Rome, GA - Tucker, GA - Douglas, GA - Savannah, GA - Brunswick, GA
• Candidate Screening : Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Networking : Build and maintain relationships with local employment agencies, colleges, universities, and professional organizations to create a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Employer Branding : Promote Five Star Breaktime Solutions as an employer of choice through effective communication and representation at recruitment events.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring outcomes. Provide regular reports to the TA Manager on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
