Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities
Define and champion the long-term vision for AI-powered care solutions, ensuring programs are clinically rigorous, patient-centric, and outcomes-driven. Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, OKRs, and milestones, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. Partner with clinicians, designers, engineers, and researchers to design and deliver innovative care journeys on Verily's precision health platform. Lead an engineering team in developing Lightpath program experiences and workflows. Launch new condition areas and enhance existing ones, with a focus on measurable patient outcomes, improved care coordination, and cost savings for patients and providers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : Proven experience in care solutions program design and patient-centric program design, with a track record of building digital health products used by both patients and providers. Experience integrating AI into healthcare solutions, with the ability to articulate a vision for how AI augments patients and care teams. Technical fluency to understand precision health platforms, identify gaps, and guide the development of scalable solutions. Demonstrated success in setting product vision, driving execution, and delivering solutions that measurably improve patient outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications : Deep expertise in designing patient-first care programs, with stronger emphasis on patient engagement than provider workflows. Experience developing digital health products that combine clinical design, AI, and user experience. Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels : shaping long-term product strategy while owning execution details. Strong leadership presence with a track record of influencing executives and guiding cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of bringing novel healthcare products or programs from concept to scale. Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $217,000 + bonus + benefits.
