CRNP - Primary Care, Pre-Op / Float Pool

UPMC in Central PA is hiring a full-time Floater Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to support UPMC Medical Group - Primary Care. This provider will float to various locations within a geographic area. The schedule is Monday-Friday varied 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm. Our Medical Group offers a robust transition to practice program which includes graduated clinical responsibility, professional mentorship, guidance from clinical educators, and enhanced educational experiences.

About the position :

• We offer a patient-centered medical home model.
• Evaluation and management of emergent patients and performing procedures as needed.
• Follow established standards and practices when performing these duties.
• UPMC Central Pa utilizes system wide Epic EMR
• The successful candidate will be placed according to years and months of experience for employment purposes.
