Position Overview

Were looking for a skilled Concrete Estimator / Project Manager who can manage the full estimating process while supporting projects from initial concept through this role you will :

• Review project plans specifications and site conditions to develop accurate estimates.
• Use digital takeoff tools (On-Screen Takeoff or equivalent) to calculate quantities and determine labor equipment and material needs.
• Identify potential risks evaluate cost trends and assist in developing cost strategies.
• Coordinate with leadership clients vendors inspectors and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Prepare comprehensive bid proposals reports and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive and reliable pricing.
