Construction Senior Attorney - Scottsdale, AZ

Overview

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a construction attorney with at least 6 years of construction litigation experience for its construction practice group in our Scottsdale office.

All candidates must have experience in trial preparation and courtroom matters, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience. Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills are required. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic are essential. Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range at the time of posting is $175,000 - $195,000 annually, based upon a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by qualifications, experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
