Customer Service Representative

Join a dynamic and award-nominated call center team during peak tax season! We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to support both tax professionals and consumers using our client’s tax software and refund programs. What You’ll Do :

• Handle 50+ inbound calls per day from tax professionals and consumers regarding tax software and refund programs
• Provide support via phone, chat, and email
• Assist consumers with refund advance programs and troubleshoot account issues
• Conduct outbound “discovery” calls to previous customers to gauge interest in renewing services
• Accurately document all customer interactions for trend analysis and quality assurance
• Maintain high service levels and call quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
