Job description
A company is looking for a Revenue Optimization Auditor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Audit medical records to identify missed charges and coding inconsistencies
Perform Root Cause Analyses and report findings on billing issues
Prepare reports and assist with coding guidance and educational documents
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years coding experience
Approved coding credential through AAPC or AHIMA
One additional certification (CANPC or CPMA) within 1 year of employment
Extensive knowledge of medical billing software and electronic medical records
Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and Excel functionalities
