Senior Manager, Change Management - ATV

Overview

As McKesson transitions its Medical-Surgical business unit into a new independent entity, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Change Management to lead and coordinate enterprise-level readiness, communication, and stakeholder alignment efforts across separation initiatives. This role provides both strategic direction and operational leadership to a team of Change Management professionals supporting high-impact transformation across people, processes, and systems.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in organizational change management with hands-on program delivery experience. This role requires the ability to coach and guide others while influencing senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, adoption, and sustained engagement throughout the transition journey.

Focus Areas : Change Leadership & Organizational Readiness

• Enterprise Readiness : Oversee readiness planning and execution across functional workstreams to ensure consistent adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational structures.
• Strategic Communication : Drive communication and stakeholder engagement strategies that align messaging across business units, functions, and transformation initiatives.
• Governance & Integration : Lead change governance forums, ensuring visibility into readiness metrics, risk escalation, and interdependency management.
• Coaching & Enablement : Mentor a team of Change Management professionals (P3-P4), providing guidance on stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and communication planning.
• Continuous Improvement : Apply lessons learned and feedback loops from prior separation efforts to strengthen organizational resilience and cultural alignment.

$104,100 - $173,500
