Collections Counselor

Overview

TEKsystems is hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

• Control / collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency / early stages of collections, in accordance with all government rules and regulations.
• Provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.
• Operate in a call center production environment with an auto-dialer for outbound calls and inbound calls.
