IT Front Line Controls Officer

A company is looking for a Director IT Front Line Controls Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a Technology Front Line Unit (FLU) to align with organizational objectives

Drive proactive oversight of control issues and lead remediation plans for identified risks

Perform application technology risk assessments and manage the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Technology, Risk Management, or related field preferred

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT risk management or technology internal audit within banking or financial services

At least 4 years in a leadership role within the banking sector

Deep understanding of governance, risk management frameworks, and internal control standards

Knowledge of technology risk frameworks and operational risk management techniques
