Excellence Microdental Center is an integrated care office specializing in Endodontics and Periodontics. We pride ourselves on our fast-paced environment where attention to detail and professionalism in patient care are our top priorities.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Care Assistant to enhance our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our providers during treatments, help us deliver an outstanding patient care experience, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice.

Schedule : Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist doctors with chair-side clinical tasks including patient charting and education, as well as operatory preparation and cleanup.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every stage of their appointment.
• Take and process X-Rays accurately.
• Maintain precise patient records and documentation.
• Implement sterilization processes for equipment and treatment areas.
• Welcome and comfort patients while educating them about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with workplace regulations.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
