Customer Success Specialist must-dos :

  • Promote and sell internet and wireless services through customer engagement in-person.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to meet individual customer needs and improve product understanding
  • Utilize effective sales methods to build rapport with customers and encourage referrals
  • Directly assist business owners by addressing their product inquiries and concerns
  • Support members with enrollment procedures and resolve provider service-related issues
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on outstanding customer inquiries and complaints
