Ads Strategy Lead

As an Ads Strategy Lead, you'll be a critical analytical resource supporting our advertising business across pricing, revenue operations, and strategic initiatives. This role is designed for high-performing consultants or analysts who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to drive impact across multiple facets of our ads business. You'll work directly with senior leadership to tackle complex business problems, optimize our revenue operations, and inform strategic decisions that shape Lyft's advertising future.
This individual will partner closely with our EVP, Chief of Staff, Director of Strategy & Operations, Pricing & Yield Sr. Manager, and Revenue Operations Manager to execute critical projects, analyze performance data, and develop strategic recommendations that drive business growth.

Experience
Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or similar analytical roles
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to structure complex business problems
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides, and data visualization tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Interest in advertising technology, marketplace businesses, or digital media
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in advertising, media, or technology industries
Familiarity with programmatic advertising and ad tech ecosystem
Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
Previous exposure to revenue operations, pricing strategy, or sales analytics
Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $88,000 - $110,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
