CNC Maintenance Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery and systems.
- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
- Maintain and secure work tools.
- Clean and maintain work area.
- Turn off and lock equipment when needed.
- Provide on the job training to new maintenance employees.
- Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
- Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
- Install, test, repair and troubleshoot various pneumatic and CNC controls.
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on CNC machinery
- Perform installations, repairs, and Preventative Maintenance
- Responsible for cleanliness of his / her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE :
- At least three years of repair / maintenance experience within a large manufacturing environment supporting heavy machinery and equipment
- Must have troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.
- Dedication to complete duties so production staff can meet delivery requirements
- Computer skills and basic math
