Job Summary :

The Business Development Associate will play a key role in the organization’s growth by managing and building existing client relationships and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a driven and self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales within any industry.

Responsibilities :

• Regularly update and organize leads with the most recent client and bid information to maintain accurate records and enable strategic follow-up.
• Maintain and develop client relationships by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Actively promote and follow-up on customized proposals and bids to drive project wins and strengthen client partnerships.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of sales analytics to focus sales strategies.
• Research market and industry trends.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies with the team.
• Work closely with internal and external personnel to prepare proposals and bids.
