- $19.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience Schedule : We are a busy 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital. Hours and days of the week will vary between 6am-3pm and 9am-6pm, four 9 hour shifts per week.
Holidays and weekends are required. Weekly shifts will be between 3-5 days per week, not to exceed 40 hours . Benefits :

Promoting and maintaining exceptional customer service.Handling busy, multi-line phone system.Scheduling appointments for all departments.Act as a point of contact with referral hospitals to ensure all patient records are sent and received appropriately.Check clients in and out.Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, ensuring clear and concise communication.Support clients through difficult and emotional processes by maintaining professionalism and displaying empathy in all interactions.And more...About You :
2+ years of Veterinary Customer Service or Hospitality Experience Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and transactions, and experience with de-escalation of difficult and stressful client or employee situations in a respectful and professional manner. Ability to promote effective communication between the CSR team, doctors and technical staff.Proficient in using computer and phone technology to manage appointments, records, and client communications efficiently.Ability to be flexible and adjust to a consistently changing environment, with a desire to grow and adapt within the hospital and professional field.Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
