  • $19.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience Schedule :  We are a busy 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital.  Hours and days of the week will vary between 6am-3pm and 9am-6pm, four 9 hour shifts per week.

Holidays and weekends are required.  Weekly shifts will be between 3-5 days per week, not to exceed 40 hours .    Benefits :

  • As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

  • Promoting and maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Handling busy, multi-line phone system.
  • Scheduling appointments for all departments.
  • Act as a point of contact with referral hospitals to ensure all patient records are sent and received appropriately.
  • Check clients in and out.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Support clients through difficult and emotional processes by maintaining professionalism and displaying empathy in all interactions.

  • About You :

  • 2+ years of Veterinary Customer Service or Hospitality Experience Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and transactions, and experience with de-escalation of difficult and stressful client or employee situations in a respectful and professional manner.   Ability to promote effective communication between the CSR team, doctors and technical staff.
  • Proficient in using computer and phone technology to manage appointments, records, and client communications efficiently.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust to a consistently changing environment, with a desire to grow and adapt within the hospital and professional field.
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
