Legal Investigator

National plaintiffs’ Law firm is seeking a Legal Investigator motivated to help injured claimants.

About the Firm :

• Fully in-office role

Responsibilities :

• Locating and interviewing witnesses
• Unearthing and reviewing historical documents
• Interviewing clients about their work history and exposure to asbestos
• Significant client contact
• Empathy and the ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds are keys to success in this position.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have 4-10+ years investigative experience (corporate misconduct, personal injury, asbestos-related experience a plus).
• Strong computer and skills
• Be able to type 70+ WPM
• Ability to travel extensively (7-10 days / mo on average)
• Previous legal investigative experience is a plus.
