Staff Accountant

Responsibilities :

• Post and balance cash postings.
• Mail invoice copies, statements, and credit references to dealers / customers.
• Release parts and trucks from credit hold.
• Maintain insurance certificates.
• Contact customers to update all master data information.
• Validate existing sales exemption certificates with customers and request renewals.
• Release customer statements and reminders.
• Collect and monitor valid sales exemption certificates.
• Process manual journal entries.
• Conduct General Ledger account reconciliation.
• Reconcile between sub-ledgers and different tools within Finance.
• Process accounts payable invoices through procurement matching and expense vouchering.
• Review and resolve GR account overdue weekly.
• Maintain and resolve Accounts Payable aging weekly.
• Work closely with internal and external contacts to resolve discrepancies.
• Request regular vendor statements.
• Handle other assignments and projects as needed.

Work Environment :

This is a fully on-site position from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.
