They must able to work independently, and must be capable of carrying out assigned responsibilities with minimum direction.
Essential Functions
- Manage Multiple phone lines
- Take and retrieve messages
- Clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and date entry
- Assist Manager complete and catch up clerical duties
- Detail Oriented and problem solving ability
Requirements
- Manage administrative duties in a professional, customer focused, courteous manner
- Ability to deliver professional customer service via telephone and in person
- Ability to adopt to change in a positive manner
- Flexible, fast learner
- Proven working experience in an administrative role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient typing skills
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize
Experience
2 to 3 years Administrative experience
