About Us : Davis Archway Treatment Center is a leading substance abuse detox and residential facility dedicated to providing compassionate care and evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with addiction. Located in the serene surroundings of Emlenton, PA, we offer a supportive environment where individuals can embark on their journey to recovery.

Position Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Recovery Specialist to join our team. The Certified Recovery Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing support, guidance, and resources to individuals undergoing treatment for substance abuse disorders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of addiction recovery principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others overcome their addiction.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide one-on-one support to clients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Facilitate group sessions and education on topics related to addiction recovery.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources, including support groups, housing assistance, and vocational training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of addiction recovery or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals in recovery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Knowledge of community resources and referral networks for individuals seeking addiction treatment and support.
