Content Program Manager Location : Hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA (Tuesday-Thursday on site)

Duration : 3 months to start - ongoing

Pay Rate : $45-$54 / hr depending on experience (W2 and benefit options)

The Planet Group is seeking a Content Program Manager to join our well-known advertising client on a 3-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position and will work a hybrid schedule out of their Sunnyvale office. This role maintains close partnership with other producer teams to ensure a flawless execution of an on-brand visual experience across various platforms by creating assets that support printed material and marketing.

The primary focus of this position is to manage the process for the production of images by working with the Studio Team to plan, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing images.

Oversee all imagery that appears in print for the leading tech client to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications

Present to various levels of leadership and varying types of audiences (one-to-one or larger groups)

Help to establish and lead communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables

Participate in project kickoffs, content meetings, reviews, and other project-based meetings as needed

Facilitate relationships between external and internal partners, ensuring up-to-date information is communicated

Plan, manage, and track asset procurement throughout the production process to facilitate accurate and timely delivery

Own quality control (QC) of all assets coming from, and going out to vendors, studio teams, etc.

Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges

Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows

Plan and execute internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables

Coordinate with creative and development teams to understand and document the full breath of global content needs including the creation of detailed content matrices, screens, and hardware

Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams

Partner with localization teams to provide scope based on marketing communication plans

Ensure the successful training of newly hired producers

Track imagery status of project and provide weekly / daily status updates

Brief projects to production studio and ensure clear annotation and instructions are provided to the team

Effectively lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs

Navigate contending priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges

Quickly process detailed information and capture the “big picture” in order to effectively deliver a clear and concise point-of-view

Content Program Manager Qualifications :

3-6 years of experience as a program manager in a creatively-driven advertising agency or equivalent in-house teams

Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree and certifications in applicable fields is a plus

Self-motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative

Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required

The ability to deliver clear and concise communication is a must

Experience of managing risk and escalating issues in a timely fashion

Solid understanding of the technical side of complex layer structures and effects in Photoshop

Demonstrated reliable judgement as to manage workload independently while working as a team player to support other production artists as required to meet deadlines

Track record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative and technical teams

Professional desire to deliver quality assets at high volume in a tight timeframe

Team player who is always looking for opportunities to make our process more efficient and organized

Ability to identify and eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks in order to produce high-quality deliverables

Multitasker who can balance priorities within an ever-changing work environment

Ability to successfully apply cumulative knowledge gain to future projects

Experience using Content Management Systems

Strong knowledge of Adobe suites of products

Strong knowledge of products such as Keynote and Pages

Excellent knowledge of digital file management and server navigation
