Job Description

Manage and monitor the work activities of all internal and contracted personnel that provide support services throughout the department to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC) and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state and federal regulations.

Primary duties and accountabilities include :

• Effectively manage assigned staff to ensure that all divisional activities are performed safely and effectively by trained workers in accordance with CEC procedures, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations, and the CEC schedule.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of all assigned maintenance activities during online, forced outages, refuel outages and unplanned power reductions for both internal and external personnel.
• Manage and monitor divisional resources and expenditures for all assigned work, including refuel outages, within the approved budget.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of all activities required to maintain the CEC structures and facilities in a safe and proper condition through effective use of both internal and external personnel.

Manage maintenance programs such as Corrective Action Planning (CAP), Maintenance and Technical (M&TE), Training Coordination, Self- Assessments, Performance Indicators, Welding Program, Lifting and Rigging and Special Projects to assure corporate and departmental effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

Supervisory or managerial experience and maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and / or testing in accordance with position duties.

Expected salary range of $153,000 to $170,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
