QuesTec Mechanical is looking for a full-time Residential Service Installer to join our growing team in Chesterfield, MO! In this role, you'll put your skills to work installing top-quality HVAC systems while delivering outstanding service to our customers. ABOUT THIS ROLE

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM, with an on-call rotation and overtime opportunities.

As our Residential Service Installer, your day starts with a quick dispatch from your home to the job site, where you're ready to install high-efficiency HVAC systems with precision and care. You take pride in ensuring every system is set up correctly, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and explaining the work to customers in a way that puts them at ease. Safety is always your priority, and you follow best practices to keep yourself and your team protected. Whether it's a routine install or a complex setup, you enjoy the challenge, knowing you're helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round.
