Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital is seeking Family Medicine physicians, BE / BC, MD or DO, for opportunities to practice at several locations including Carrollton and Lake.
The opportunities offer :
- CCMH is a teaching hospital and residents / medical students do rotate through the practices
- Works in an outpatient setting to provide outstanding preventative, acute and chronic disease care for adults in a patient focused environment
- Team based care with growing advanced practice partnerships, RN Care Coordinators
- Telemedicine is offered to our patients
- Full Time employment
- Transition to Epic in 2022
