An employer is looking for a Patient Access Representative to sit in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This person will be responsible for taking 75-80 inbound calls / day (sometimes outbound) from patients to schedule outpatient imaging.

He / she will be reviewing orders then enter patient demographics, verify insurance eligibility, schedule the necessary procedure and collect payments.

  • Measure on call quality, productivity and call metrics
  • Scheduling imaging appointments
  • Will make outbound calls as working through patient queues
  • Responsible for accurate and safe scheduling
  • Goals based on factors like collections, productivity, quality and call metric objectives
  • Complete compliance documentation and consent forms
  • Must consistently meet quality / productivity objectives for 3 months before being offered the opportunity to go remote
