Job description

Position : Physical Therapist

Location : Danbury, CT, 06810

Shift : 8 am 4 : 30pm

Contract : 13 weeks

Start : ASAP

Required :

  • 1+ years' professional PT experience
  • Must have Physical Therapist license
  • CPR and first aid certification required
  • Must be COVID vaccinated or Religious Exemption

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Meet with new patients and give them tours of our facility
  • Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients
  • Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis
  • Evaluate and report on patients' progress
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
