General Job Tasks :

Family Private Care, LLC seeks RNs / LPNs with compassionate hearts and a deep love of seniors. Candidates will be responsible for the following :

• Providing efficient and effective skilled health services to clients in accordance with physician's orders and client / family input
• Observing, evaluating and documenting the client's physical and emotional condition and response to treatments or medications
• Collaborating with other members of the client care team
• Performing ongoing assessments of the client's needs and their environment
• Identifying changes in client's condition that warrant further attention
• Adhering to all professional standards of the nursing profession and the state of Georgia
