Workforce Support Specialist | Help Desk Support in Farmers Branch, TX or Ontario, CA

In-Office : 1507 LBJ Freeway, Suite 400, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 or 3633 Inland Empire Blvd., Ontario, CA 91764

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM (flexible) PST (9AM-6PM CST)

Position Summary

The Workforce Support Specialist is expected to deliver high-quality support utilizing outstanding customer service skills and techniques that promote customer usability and satisfaction for multiple workforce time and attendance management tools.

Help desk tickets include inbound / outbound calls, emails, and in-person support of database administration, maintenance, analysis, reporting, processes, and hardware troubleshooting. This position requires significant contact with internal and external business customers along with IT vendors.

  • Readily exchange ideas for innovation and adaptability for continuous improvement

Your attributes

  • Technical help desk or call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Time management or payroll software application support preferred, but not required
  • Compensation and Benefits

    The anticipated hourly base salary for this position in the US is $18.00 to $19.50. This range does not include any other compensation components or benefits. The actual hourly base salary offered depends on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
