Keep payroll running smoothly every week-including commissions Be a trusted resource for employees and managers on benefits Help with claims (unemployment, workers' compensation, paid leave, etc.) Manage programs like gas cards and Home Depot cards Payroll Pro : 2-4 years of payroll processing experience under your belt. Commission-Savvy : Comfortable handling manual processing of commissions and spiffs. HR Knowledge : A solid understanding of what information can and can't be shared, plus some experience with benefits management. Nice-to-Have : Weekly payroll processing experience (not required-we'll train you if needed!) Detail-Oriented : You take pride in getting the details right and finishing tasks with accuracy before moving on. Adaptable : Plans change-we love it when someone can roll with it and keep a positive attitude. Accountable : You own your mindset and choices, and you're the kind of person people can count on.
