Senior-Level Collection Manager (ISR)

Our work depends on a Senior-level Collection Manager (ISR), to serve in support of defense analytical requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).

The Senior-Level Collection Manager (ISR) will make an impact by :

• Engaging with analysts to determine intelligence needs and develop collection strategies.
• Converting intelligence needs into collection requirements to satisfy USCENTCOM requirements.
• Establishing priorities and tasking, coordinating with collection sources, and monitoring results.
• Supporting the solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation, registration, prioritization, validation, and evaluation of multi-INT collection requirements.
• Balancing time-sensitive requests with standing collection requirements.
• Developing products assessing current and future collection operations and postures.
• Providing input to policy, procedures, and doctrine relating to collection operations.
• Identifying / documenting technical and functional ISR system needs.
• Providing technical guidance in translating ISR and collection management software or website application requirements into technical systems specifications.
• Supporting ISR / Collection Management related systems, tools, and processes.
• Providing expertise to enable interoperable intelligence systems and information flow.
• Adhering to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.

The likely salary range for this position is $82,283 - $111,323. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
