Desktop Support Analyst

This is a contract to hire role in Boston with a great work environment.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of IT support / Desktop Support experience
• Active Directory / O365 / Intune / VPN, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hardware / software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
