Job Description

Field Leadership | Direct all site activities from mobilization to completion.

Scheduling | Develop and maintain construction schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance | Monitor materials, craftsmanship, and subcontractor performance.

Safety Management | Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance.

Communication | Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, and field staff.

Problem Solving | Proactively address schedule conflicts, resource needs, and design challenges

The Successful Applicant

7-15+ years of commercial or multi-family construction experience.

Proven ability to manage ground-up projects ranging from $10M-$60M+.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Procore or comparable construction management software.

OSHA 30 certification preferred; strong understanding of safety and compliance standards.
