Position : Warehouse Team Leader
First Shift : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
Salary : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
To prioritize the daily shipments of customer orders to ensure on-time delivery that meets the customers’ needs. Responsible for the packaging, storage, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and all the shipping / receiving activities. Responsible for reporting monthly data to the warehouse manager. Responsible for assisting in the shipping and receiving areas.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving : Unloading deliveries, breakdown of cartons, verifying quantities, inspecting goods for damage, and scanning and labeling of the product.
Shipping : Processing both domestic and export customer shipments using various carrier portals.
Inventory Control : Conducting cycle counts, updating inventory discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in the warehouse inventory pick system.
Warehouse Maintenance : Keeping the warehouse clean, organized and free of debris to ensure safe work environment.
Equipment Operation : Safely operating equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and had trucks to move and store inventory.
Teamwork : Collaborating with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and assist with other tasks or projects as determined by the warehouse manager.

One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting base pay for this role is targeted to be between $50,000 to $60.000 per year.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining Knowles, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company. It is to be expected that candidates will come to us with different sets of skills and experiences and therefore will be paid at different points in the stated range. We recognize that the person(s) we select for hire may be less experienced or more experienced than the role as posted; if this is the case, any updates to available salary ranges will be communicated with candidates during the recruitment process.
