Employee Relations Specialist

Job Duties :
- Coach and support team leads in handling employee relations matters with objectivity and analysis.
- Provide guidance on US-specific HR processes and policies to global leaders.
- Serve as a central point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR legislation.
- Manage leave requests and ADA accommodations for designated teams.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to inform organizational improvements.
Requirements :
- 3-4+ years of employee relations experience
- Experience handling ADA accommodations
