Career Team is looking to hire a Job Developer to work with employers and clients of the New York Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment Workforce Development Program (PACE). The approach of the PACE Program emphasizes that there is no one-size fits-all solution for clients needing education and or training support. The Job Developer is responsible for promoting job-ready PACE clients to the employer community and liaising with employers to obtain job leads and to identify jobs. This includes working closely with Case Managers to ensure that the services reflect clients' needs, abilities and employment goals. Also, the Job Developer will coach, support and monitor clients in the initial stages of employment and maintain relations with employers. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
