What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, working to support staff, patients, and visitors as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity or circumstances to appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors and employees with directions and information as requested.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and the client representative.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by location guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
