What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and / or responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, adjusting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.

Monitor the premises to help to deter potential security-related risks and report any irregularities or suspicious activity.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal staff while adhering to established protocols.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
