- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes\n
- Monitor patient health status and vital signs and report any changes to the medical team\n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians\n
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care\n
- Adhere to infection control protocols, maintaining a safe and sterile environment\n
- Document patient information, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner\n
- Adhere to established policies and procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality and professional conduct\n
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in a patient's condition\n

- Minimum of 9 months Med Surg experience in the last 2 years (preffered)\n
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in this state or a compact state license\n
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\n

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on facility needs\n
