We are searching for an energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Fall River residential area of Massachusetts. Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) :

• Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive and emotional needs of patients
• Assessing home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
• Providing patient and caregiver education
• Accurate and timely documentation
