Compensation :

$37.50 To $47.25 per hour DOE plus full benefits including 401K and Profit Sharing

The Survey Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise in the processing, analysis, and interpretation of survey data. This role supports field crews and project managers by performing calculations, preparing survey maps, and ensuring accuracy in data for land development, infrastructure, and construction projects for the private and public / municipal sectors.

Job Duties :

• Perform research of surveying and mapping records from different sources (i.e. SRS, RealQuest, DataTree, and public agencies).
• Review title report documents, analyze deeds, and retrace easements.
• Prepare and analyze survey-related CAD drawings, including boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA / NSPS surveys, subdivision maps, and as-built surveys.
• Assist in the preparation of legal descriptions, plats, and exhibits as required for various project types.
• Post processing of survey data and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform calculations for boundary analysis, and other survey tasks using Civil 3D and other industry software.
• Conduct closure calculations, coordinate geometry (COGO) computations, and resolve discrepancies in field data.
• Collaborate with survey project managers to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
